Amy N. Bennett graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree 1999. She is a 2003 graduate from the University of Denver College of Law. Amy is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Oklahoma.
After graduating law school, Amy began her practice in Colorado working as a clerk and bailiff for various Judges at the Denver District Court. Amy then moved into private practice working as an associate attorney primarily focusing on family and criminal law. Amy practiced in Colorado for approximately 4 years before moving back to Oklahoma. Since moving back to Oklahoma in late 2007 Amy has practiced with Paul & Lackey, P.C. Amy primarily handles insurance defense, medical malpractice and construction litigation cases. Amy is a member of the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations. In addition, Amy is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma.
Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and football Saturdays (go Sooners!)
